Service Description
Two 1.5hr (or one 3 hour if you are a weapon) sessions begins with an orientation, followed by instruction and practice of foundational CrossFit movements and an introduction to the Olympic lifts. Movements are taught progressively, with scaling and modifications provided as needed. The session concludes with a short workout, a cool-down stretch, and time for questions. Sessions are run one-on-one or in small groups, ensuring plenty of individual coaching and feedback. The Foundation Package also consists of 4 weeks of unlimited CrossFit classes. If you need to reschedule please let us know ASAP. No rebooking fees apply.
